Everything was just nice. Merely a 5-minute walk from church of perfect liberty, which was a bonus. The parking was on site and convenient.

The staff was friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice flat screen tv.
There weren't enough cots. We had a problem with our booking (1 queen bed instead of 2 doubles - not the hotels fault) and they were unable to offer us a cot. To be fair, it was Canada day and the hotel was full. The hotel is dated and the floor of the second room was stained and needed to be cleaned. Other then that, the rooms were nice and clean.

The front desk person was very helpful at checkin. It was a great way to start my stay there. I also appreciated that this was s dog friendly hotel, far superior to the usual dog friendly cheap hotels.
I have nothing to complain about at all!

The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, and well thought out, and the bathroom was very clean as well. I like the real cream that you provided for the coffee in the room, and I thought that the restaurant was great, well laid out, and that the food was excellent. I would definitely stay there again, should I have the the need to stay in Ottawa in the future.

efficient, clean rooms
A bit far from downtown Ottawa, but closer to the people we were visiting. Clean spacious room. The onsite restaurant had a limited menu but readily accommodated our requests. Good service and food. We had to leave a day early and had no problem changing our booking. No extra fees. the pool was nice but no change room in pool area. We will stay here next visit.
